01Project builds

Every project is quoted as a single fixed price after the first call — no hourly meter, no invoice you couldn't have predicted. The figures below are where each kind of project starts.

Where the flexibility is. No two projects are the same, so the quote follows the conversation, not the table. If a budget is tight we reduce the scope rather than the rate — fewer pages, phased in — so that whatever does get built is built properly. Larger projects can be staged across milestones.

Common additions — extra page $250 · copywriting $150 a page · photography direction $400 per half-day · rush delivery +30%.

All prices USD. Deep Field is not registered for VAT, so no tax is added.

02Ongoing management

A launched site still needs hosting, updates and the occasional change. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and cancel on 30 days' notice — no lock-in. Existing clients start or change a plan in the billing area.

Bigger sites are priced individually. A store, a booking portal or several languages carry more than a brochure site does, so they're quoted on what they actually need rather than forced into a tier. If none of the three fit, say what you need and it gets priced.

Unused time doesn't roll over. Work beyond the included hour is billed at the rates below. Pay for eleven months up front and the twelfth is free.

03Hourly

Only for work outside an agreed scope — anything new is quoted before it starts, never billed as a surprise. Charged in 30-minute increments and itemised with dates.
