Deep Field Labs
Package terms
The short version of what you get when you buy a Labs setup package, and what happens if it isn't right for you.
| What you're buying | The package as described on the Labs page at the time you paid: a fixed scope for a fixed price. Anything outside it is quoted before it starts, never billed as a surprise. Extra workflows for AI for your files are $250 each. |
| How it starts | After paying you'll be taken to a short questionnaire. We reply within two working days to arrange access and book your session. |
| Not a fit? Full refund | If your answers show the package isn't right for you, we tell you and refund in full before any work starts. You can also cancel for a full refund at any point before work starts. |
| Once work has started | The fee is not refundable for work already done. If we don't deliver something listed in your package, we put it right or refund the part not delivered. |
| Delivery | Remote. We aim to finish within 15 working days of receiving your answers and the access we need. Sessions and training are live video calls, booked within 60 days of purchase. |
| Access and your data | You give us access only to the repositories, files or accounts the work needs. Everything we set up is yours. We don't keep copies of your code, files or keys once the work and support period end. |
| Your own costs | Claude subscriptions, API usage and any other software stay on your own accounts and are paid by you. The open-source plugins are free under the MIT licence. |
| What guardrails can and can't do | The tools and rules we set up reduce the risk of leaked keys, destructive commands and unwanted changes. No tool catches everything, and you remain responsible for your systems and data. Our total liability is limited to the fee you paid. |
| Payment | USD, paid in full up front by card through Stripe. Deep Field is not registered for VAT, so no tax is charged. We never see or store your card details. |
| Who you're dealing with | Harry McCahill, trading as Deep Field, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: deepfieldstudios@gmail.com. |
